Returns – Easy & Simple -

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Please note that digital downloads, event tickets, and custom-made items are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

How to Start Your Return -

Email us at info@reset93.net with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving approval.
Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds – Quick & Hassle-Free

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items – Let Us Help!

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at info@reset93.net within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you’re waiting for your refund and haven’t received it:

Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider (sometimes it takes a little while for the refund to show up).
