the confluence point is a unique blend of ambient, experimental soundscapes and hindustani classical music, recorded by andrei abroskin (abron). capturing the spirit of india’s rich musical heritage, this album was inspired by his travels to sangam point, ladakh, where the zanskar and indus rivers meet at an elevation of 3,400 meters.

abroskin, who studied sitar in varanasi, incorporates deep melodic textures and atmospheric compositions, blending traditional indian classical influences with contemporary electronic elements. his diverse background includes background scoring for moscow mayakovsky theatre and participation in projects like urban culture, habitat, network search, and reality.
