-Daily Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of the venue, including sales, operations, events, and staffing.

-Event Coordination: - Work closely with event promoters and organizers to ensure the smooth running of events.
    - Ensure health and safety standards are maintained in the venue.
    - Deal with customer inquiries and complaints.
    1. Staff Management:
        - Train and supervise staff, overseeing hiring and firing decisions.
        - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the venue.
    2. Relationship Building:
        - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities.
        - Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and laws.

A Sound & Light Technician, also known as an audio engineer or AV technician, is going to play a vital role in our live events:
        1. Equipment Setup:

          - Set up sound equipment, including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and equipment.

         - Include fixtures, control systems for events, and recording sessions.
            - Connect audio gear using appropriate cables and connectors to ensure proper signal flow.
        2. Technical Expertise:
            - Calibrate equipment levels, apply tuning, and set gain staging for optimal sound performance.
            - Program and operate mixing boards to balance, equalize, and process sound.
            - Manage live sound for performer monitors and audience speakers.
            1. Collaboration:
                - Discuss sound, lighting, and stage plans with production team members.
                - Collaborate with directors on theatre, film, and broadcast sound aesthetics.
            2. Safety, Compliance & Maintenance
                - Ensure safety procedures are followed.
                - Adhere to the code and regulations of the Space
                - Keep track of equipment usage and notify when repairs are required.

-strategic and having a birds-eye-view of latest trends in social medias while having best practices in order to drive organic and dynamic growth;

-content management, scheduling & planning for social media, websites and newsletters;

-ability to draft emails; make business enquires, requesting quotes & files, follow ups, deadline oriented and other email communications as per requirement;

-overall management between other team members and networking, participate in board meetings with entire roster of artist;

-ability to run social campaigns and promotions; thorough and adept at Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube;

-familiarity with WIX environment is an advantage;

-good understanding of acoustic principles;

-thorough experience with audio signal prototyping tools, e.g. Max/Msp, Pure Data;

-familiar with audio analysis principles, in both time and frequency domain;

-strong theoretical and experimental background in acoustics; 

-good overall comprehension of audio signal processing algorithms (EQ, Reverb, Dynamic Range Compression);

-proficiency in additional softwares and languages will be considered a plus (Csound, SuperCollider, Matlab or C++ or equivalent);

-ability to learn new skills , languages, softwares and evolve over time as the situation calls for;
